About Me.
I’m Emmaline, it rhymes with graphic design! I’m a graphic designer/illustrator with experience in creating brand identities for digital and print media. I love adding color and whimsy to my designs, anything that brings joy.
Experience.
Before taking the time to earn my MFA, I had the opportunity to provide graphic design solutions for the Smithsonian’s National Postal Museum, D.C. Soccer, and James Madison University OEO. Most recently, my work for the National Postal Museum included redesigning their collateral, creating event posters and handouts, and assisting in exhibit advertising.
Education.
I began my graphic design career at the Catholic University of America. Graduating in 2019, I earned the departmental award for art. I decided to continue my education abroad in Scotland, at the University of Edinburgh earning, my MFA in illustration.
Personal.
I enjoy playing rugby, a passion that was elevated during my time in Scotland. Being a team player has been another way for me to use my graphic design skills, allowing me to build awareness, promote the team, and feature teammates.
